Mrs. Bertie Mae Tatum
MEXIA -- Mrs. Bertie Mae Tatum, 79, of Houston, formerly of Mexia, died Wednesday at a Houston hospital.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Blair-Stubbs Funeral Home Chapel in Mexia, the Rev. James Harrison officiating. Burial will be at Criswell Cemetery.
Mrs. Tatum was born June 18, 1907 in Texas. She was a retired dietitian for the Mexia State School.
Survivors include four sons, Edgar Tatum and Henry L. Tatum, both of Waco, Billy Joe Tatum of Conroe and Vernon R. Tatum of Freeport; 10 grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
