Mrs. Julia Walts
MART -- Mrs. Julia Walts, 74, of Mart died Thursday afternoon in a Marlin hospital.
Services will be at 3 p.m. today at Littlepage Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Thomas Roberson officiating. Burial will be in Criswell Cemetery.
Mrs. Walts was a longtime resident of Riesel.
Survivors include her husband, Tom Ed Walts; two sons, Larry Walts and James Walts, both of Axtell; four daughters, Mrs. James (Emma) Hodder of Mart, Mrs. Harold (Martha) Taylor of Elm Mott, Mrs. Ira (Rilla) Padgett of Marquez and Mrs. Robert (Lellene) Padgett of Mexia; four brothers, Alva Broxton and James Broxton, both of Waco, Dale Broxton of Dallas and Fred Broxton of Ben Hur; a sister, Mrs. Ann McWhorter of Pasadena; 20 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren.
