The cemetery was plotted in 1968 by William J. Mullins.
Blocks 1, 2 and 3 were plotted with sidewalks which were never developed.
Block 4 contains the oldest marked graves in the cemetery.
Notice Block 3 was plotted behind Block 4, we do not know why it was done this way.
