Ivan Keith Weaver, Former Martite, Dies in Pharr
Ivan Keith Weaver Sr., 46, who was born in Mart and lived here until he was about 12 years of age, suffered an accidental death Monday, Jan. 27, at his home in Pharr.
Funeral services were held the following Wednesday at 2 p.m. at Adams Funeral Home Chapel in Marlin, with burial in the Criswell cemetery.
Mr. Weaver was born Feb.8, 1917, at Mart and was reared and educated here and in Waco. He was associated with an implement concern at Pharr as a salesman.
Survivors are his wife, the former Mary Frances Bowers of Otto; three sons, Ivan Keith Jr., Lewis Neil and Richard Weaver, all of Pharr; his mother, Mrs. J.E. Weaver of Marlin; one brother, Joe Lewis Weaver of Dallas, and one sister, Mrs. Joe Geiger of Marlin.
