OTTO WOMAN DIES AT 78
Mrs. Della Criswell Erskine, 78, of Otto, died at 9 p.m. Thursday in a Marlin Convalescent Home.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in The Adams Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. A. A. Bratcher of Trinity Memorial Baptist in Marlin. Interment will be in Criswell Cemetery.
Mrs. Erskine was born in Falls County on October 1, 1886. At the time of her death, she was a retired housewife.
She is survived by a sister, Mrs. Cliff McCoy and a brother, Turner Criswell, both of Marlin, one niece, Mrs. Chester Tate of Marlin, and five nephews, J. C. Criswell of Grand Prairie, Travis Criswell of Temple, Glen Criswell of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Ray Criswell of Bryan, and Thomas M. Criswell of Marlin.

MARLIN (SPL)--Mrs. Della Criswell Erskine, 79, of the Criswell community near Marlin died in a Marlin rest home Thursday night.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. today in Adams Funeral Chapel. Rev. A. A. Bratcher will officiate. Burial will be in Criswell Cemetery.
Mrs. Erskine was born in Falls County. She was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John C. Criswell. Her husband, John C. Erskine, died in 1964.
Survivors include a brother, Turner Criswell of Marlin, and other relatives.

Mrs. John Erskine Dies In Marlin Home Thurs.
Mart friends will regret to learn of the death of Mrs. John Erskine in a Marlin nursing home Thursday night. Mrs. Erskine had resided in the Ben Hur and Otto communities. She was a cousin of Mrs. E. M. Moon of Mart, and had visited here over a long period of years.
Funeral services are scheduled for Saturday at 10:00 a.m. in the Adams Funeral Home in Marlin. Interment in the Criswell Cemetery.
