Mr. Stone

Funeral services for Henry Fields Stone Jr. of 1613 Ursuline Ave. in Bryan will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday in the Criswell Church in Falls County, Texas. Mr. Stone, 43, died Wednesday at his residence.

The Rev. M. L. Knott of Fellowship Freewill Baptist Church will officiate with burial in Criswell Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Jones Funeral Directors.

Mr. Stone was born May 29, 1925 in Limestone County and had resided in Brazos County approximately six months. He was a heavy equipment operator for the Hogan Construction Co. of Bryan and a World War II Army veteran.

Survivors include three sons, David Fields Stone of Beaumont, Michael Stone of Pasadena and Roger Stone of Houston; one brother, Billy A. Stone of Pasadena; two sisters, Mrs. Wallace Boone of Bonham and Mrs. Harley Reeves of Irving; and his mother, Mrs. Gertrude Jernigan of Teague.

Funeral Services for Henry F. Stone Jr. Held at Criswel

Henry F. Stone Jr., 43, of Bryan died at his home last Thursday at 9 p.m. apparently suffering from a heart attack. He had been at work all day.

Funeral services were conducted at Criswell at 2:30 p.m. Saturday with Rev. Knotts of Bryan officiating. Burial was in the Criswell Cemetery.

Stone was born May 29, 1925, in the Criswell Community on Otto Route 2. He served in the Armed Forces during World War II. He was a member of the Methodist Church.

Surviving are his wife; his mother, Mrs. Sam Jernigan of Teague; his father H. F. Stone Sr. of Route 1, Groesbeck; three sons, David Stone of Beaumont, Michael Stone and Roger Stone of Pasadena; one brother, B. A. Stone of Houston; two sisters, Mrs. Wallace Boone of Bonham and Mrs. Harley Reeves of Irving; and a host of friends and other relatives.
Pallbearers for the funeral were uncles and cousins of the deceased.
