Mrs. Williams Buried In Criswell Cemetery

Mrs. J.A. (Elise Faye) Williams, a Marlin beauty operator, age 46 years, died Tuesday night in a Marlin hospital.

Funeral services were held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Adams Chapel in Marlin with Rev. Charles Goodson, Rev. Clive Gregg, and Rev. Loyd Chapman officiating.  Interment was in Criswell Cemetery near Mart.

Mrs. Williams was born May 20, 1923, at Kosse and graduated from San Jacinto High School in Houston.  She was past president of Beta Sigma Phi and a Baptist.

She was married to Mr. Williams on Dec. 29, 1942, at Marlin.

Survivors include her husband; two sons, Donald Williams and Thomas A. Williams, both of Marlin; two daughters, Mrs. Edmond Lewis of Houston and Miss Janet C. Williams of Marlin; one sister, Mrs. J. G. Kliner of Groesbeck; and two grandchildren.
