Mission Pastor, L. L. Ledbetter Dies; Rites Today
Lester Lee Ledbetter, 61, of 1114 Maxfield, pastor of Dutton Street Mission, 1128 Dutton, died Sunday morning in a local hospital.
Funeral services will be at 2:30 p.m. today in Kotch Funeral Chapel in Bellmead with Rev. Everett Cox and Rev. Herschel Collinsworth officiating. Burial will be in Criswell Community Cemetery near Ben Hur.
Mr. Ledbetter was born in Fayette County and had lived in Bellmead for the past 14 years. He was employed by the City of Bellmead.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters, Mrs. Domingo (Deborah) Castro of 1114 Maxfield, Mrs. John (Delores) Regian of 1208 Hogan Lane and Miss Karen Ledbetter of 1114 Maxfield; one brother, Henry Ledbetter of Gordonsville; three sisters, Mrs. Roy (Dora) Null of Burnett, Mrs. Garland (Eula) Speed of 3113 Summer and Mrs. John (Ruby) Corbett of 3613 Sleeper; and three grandchildren.
