Thomas E. Walts
Thomas E. Walts, 86, of Mart died Monday morning at a Waco hospital.
Services were at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Bellmead Funeral Home Chapel, the Rev. Howard Federwisch officiating. Burial was at Criswell Cemetery.
Mr. Walts was born May 28, 1902, in Thornton. He was a retired farmer.
Survivors include four daughters; Lellene Padgett of Mexia, Martha Taylor of Elm Mott, and Rilla Webb and Emma Hodder, both of Groesbeck; two sons, James E. Walts of Groesbeck and Larry Walts of Axtell; a brother, Joe Walts of Mart; 20 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
