Brummett Rites Held Saturday Morning
Funeral services for Mrs. Edna Brummett were held in the Shelton - Kibler Chapel on Saturday morning, April 25. Mrs. Brummett passed away in Williams, Arizona.
The deceased was born in Limestone County on September 3, 1923, the daughter of Henry Horn and the late Mrs. Horn. Mrs. Brummett, who moved from Limestone County to Arizona some ten years ago, was a Baptist.
Survivors include one son, Johnny Ray Brummett of Arizona; her father, Henry Horn of Groesbeck; two brothers, Nolan H. Horn, of Hominy, Okla., and John P. Horn, of Groesbeck; four sisters, Mrs. Virgie Favors of Thornton, Mrs. Betty Waffle of Hominy, Okla., Mrs. Mary Badders of Kosse and Mrs. Lula Holder of Houston.
Rev. Peyton Hughes of Buffalo officiated at the funeral services. Pallbearers were Wayne Lee, Robert Allen, Dwight Tomlinson, Paul Waffle, W. G. Holder and David Waffle. Interment was in the Criswell Cemetery.
