Final Rites Held Here Sunday For H. F. Stone
H. F. Stone, 66, of Route 1 Groesbeck, died last Friday morning in a Marlin hospital.
Funeral services were conducted at 4 p.m. Sunday at Littlepage Chapel in Mart, with burial in the Criswell Cemetery located south of Mart.
Mr. Stone was born Jan. 20, 1906, in Limestone county. He was a farmer.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Mrs. Teresa Ann Reeves of Irving and Mrs. Mary Opal Boone of Bonham; one son, B. A. Stone of Houston; five sisters, Mrs. Lillian Caddell of Sundown, Mrs. Shirley Stone of Groesbeck, Mrs. Nettie Smith of Groesbeck, Mrs. Linnie Walts of Ben Hur and Mrs. Ola Fay Walts of Bosqueville; three brothers, Kirby Stone of Houston, Toss Stone of China Spring and Elmer Stone of Mart; 12 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
