Geneva Elizabeth Hall
June 24, 1925 - January 18, 2012
Geneva Elizabeth Hall, 86, went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, Jan. 18, 2012. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at First Baptist Church of Golinda with the Rev. Morgan Woodard officiating and burial following in Criswell Cemetery.
Geneva was born June 24, 1925, to the Rev. William Oscar and Alice Johnson Easter in Mart. She was a longtime resident of Golinda and a faithful member of First Baptist Church of Golinda.
She was preceded in death by her parents, the Rev. William Oscar and Alice Priscilla Easter; husband, James D. Hall; sons, Marvin Joe Hall and Jerry Lynn Hall; and son-in-law, Samuel King.
Geneva leaves behind to cherish her memories her son, Richard Hall and wife, Janie, of Mart; daughters, Joan Batts and husband, Charles, of Austin, Deborah King of Axtell, and Charlotte Sisk and husband, Jim, of Eddy; nine grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to First Baptist Church of Golinda.
